Suggestions / Complaints
We are always keen to improve our facilities and would welcome your ideas. If you have any suggestions, please contact our practice manager, Maureen Sinclair.
If you have a concern or comment about the service you receive from the doctors or any of the staff working in the practice, you are entitled to ask for an explanation. We offer an informal practice complaints procedure as part of the NHS system for dealing with complaints. A leaflet, which explains the procedure is available at the reception desk and this contains a form for use should you wish to make a complaint. Alternatively, you can ask at reception for an appointment with Maureen Sinclair, Practice Manager, to discuss your concerns or use the online form below to voice your suggestion.
