Stromness Surgery

This website has been produced to inform you about the services available at the surgery, how to access and make the best use of them and it also provides some general information about how our practice operates.

It is for both existing patients and those considering registering with us. If you live within the practice area and wish to register with the practice, please complete the registration forms, which are available at reception or can be downloaded from the Patient Registration page.

Stromness Surgery operates under what is known as a Section 17c contract with NHS Orkney.

The surgery is staffed:-

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday - 8.30 am – 6.00 pm

Thursday – 8.30 am – 5.00 pm

Outwith these times, calls are transferred to NHS24.
